The study involved 163 Economics Education students from the 2022 to 2025 cohorts, with 62 respondents selected as the sample. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The collected data were subsequently examined through multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance testing (t-test), simultaneous significance testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results reveal that digital marketing does not have a statistically significant effect on purchasing decisions when considered independently. The analysis produced a t-value of 1.126, which is below the critical t-value of 2.001, with a significance value of 0.265, exceeding the 0.05 threshold. Conversely, online customer reviews demonstrate a significant individual effect on purchasing decisions. This finding is supported by a t-value of 11.051, which is greater than the critical value of 2.001. The simultaneous analysis further shows that digital marketing and online customer reviews collectively have a significant relationship with purchasing decisions. The calculated F-value of 109.607 exceeds the F-table value of 3.15, while the significance value of 0.001 is below 0.05. The Adjusted R Square of 78.1% demonstrates that the two independent variables account for 78.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions, whereas the remaining 21.9% is associated with other variables not included in the research model. Thus, digital marketing alone does not significantly affect purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews make a significant individual contribution. When considered together, digital marketing and online customer reviews significantly affect the purchasing decisions of Economics Education students who use TikTok Shop.
Nurul Wasilatur Rofi’ah Sugeng Pradikto Dies Nurhayati Copyright (c) 2026 Nurul Wasilatur Rofi’ah, Sugeng Pradikto, Dies Nurhayati https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/licp 2026-09-08 2026-09-08 17 3 32 41 Motivation and work commitment on employee productivity through job satisfaction: an employee-level study https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/article/view/485
Employee productivity is an important aspect of organizational performance and may be influenced by employees’ work motivation, work commitment, and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationships between work motivation, work commitment, and employee productivity, while also examining the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Dunia Outbound Kita. A quantitative associative research design was employed involving 50 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The analysis included classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous significance tests, coefficient of determination, path analysis, and indirect-effect analysis. The results show that work motivation has a significant positive relationship with employee productivity (β = 0.025; t = 2.255; p = 0.029), while work commitment also has a significant positive relationship with employee productivity (β = 0.547; t = 4.358; p < 0.001). Work motivation does not have a statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction (β = 0.017; t = 1.977; p = 0.054), whereas work commitment has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction (β = 0.224; t = 3.786; p < 0.001). Job satisfaction is also positively and significantly related to employee productivity (β = 0.576; t = 5.376; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination indicates that work motivation, work commitment, and job satisfaction jointly explain 40.9% of the variation in employee productivity. The indirect-effect analysis indicates an indirect relationship between work commitment and employee productivity through job satisfaction, while no statistically supported indirect relationship was established between work motivation and employee productivity through job satisfaction. These findings provide empirical evidence that employee productivity is associated with work motivation, work commitment, and job satisfaction in the organizational context studied.
Deferimanto Laia Reza Nurul Ichsan Muhammad Razali Copyright (c) 2026 Deferimanto Laia , Reza Nurul Ichsan, Muhammad Razali https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/licp 2026-09-30 2026-09-30 17 3 65 78 Work-life balance and employee performance: the moderating role of compensation at PT New Living Indonesia https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/article/view/483
This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance and to investigate the moderating role of compensation in the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. This study employed a quantitative research design using a survey approach. The population consisted of 82 employees of PT New Living Indonesia Tangerang, and saturated sampling was used, resulting in 82 respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The moderating effect of compensation was examined using the Ping method. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of β = 0.693 and p < 0.001. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of β = 0.426 and p = 0.005. Furthermore, compensation significantly moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance, with an interaction coefficient of β = 0.001 and p = 0.013. The positive moderation coefficient indicates that compensation strengthens the positive relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining employees’ work-life balance while providing fair and competitive compensation to support improved employee performance. The study contributes to the understanding of the role of compensation in strengthening the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. Future research is encouraged to incorporate additional variables and broader samples across different organizational contexts to improve the generalizability of the findings.
I Made Aryata I Gede Marendra Copyright (c) 2026 I Made Aryata, I Gede Marendra https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/licp 2026-09-30 2026-09-30 17 3 42 52 10.59651/digital.v17i3.483 Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepuasan Kerja Peran Mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/article/view/484
Prima Mukti Ahmad Wiguna Fredianaika Istanti Copyright (c) 2026 Prima Mukti Ahmad Wiguna, Fredianaika Istanti https://ejournal.cria.or.id/index.php/db/licp 2026-09-30 2026-09-30 17 3 53 64
